Over his 23 year career, Bruce Williams has built and led teams across a broad variety of core disciplines including Risk Management, Finance, Marketing and Performance Management. He has reengineered multiple business processes and led significant high profile business transformations across Canada

As a business operator with BMO Financial Group, he has extensive experience in knowledge-based industries, building sales management teams and protocols and designing appropriate Performance Management Systems to ensure that complex organizations achieve their strategic vision.

He has extensive front line, general management leadership experience, having run customer contact centers in Quebec and Ontario, and led large teams in as many as 45 retail locations, with Profit and Loss accountability for building revenues in excess of $250 million.

As an independent consultant, he is known for energizing new businesses and exceeding performance objectives. With a unique blend of operational and strategic experiences, and strong facilitation and project management skills, he has a penchant for helping employees at all levels implement new business strategies.
